Meet Fatima

Fatima Khodary, MSc.A(OT) is a pediatric occupational therapist (OT) and member of l'Ordre des Ergothérapeutes du Québec. As a dual American-Canadian citizen, she spent her younger years between the two countries and settled in Canada to do her undergraduate degree in Cognitive Science at McGill University. She then continued her studies at McGill and enrolled in the Occupational Therapy professional Master's program.

Since graduating from the OT program in 2011, Fatima has gained much experience in working with children with motor, sensory, cognitive and learning difficulties in both the private and public sector. She specializes in Autism and obtained a certification in sensory integration to further support children with sensory needs and their families. Fatima also specializes in feeding and works closely with children who are picky eaters. From the year
2016 to 2019, Fatima has practised OT in the United Kingdom where she eventually became clinic manager in a pediatric multidisciplinary clinic in London. Furthermore, she is now an international consultant to many of the families from across the world who attended the London clinic.

Outside of work, Fatima likes doing outdoor activities with her children and travelling the world to experience new cultures and traditions. Her multicultural background and her ability to speak English, French, Arabic, and some Spanish is an added bonus to her travels, not to mention, her therapies!
